Rates at Pink Hill Karoo, Karoo Kabin and The Farmhouse depend on the number of adults and kids staying over and is charged per person per night.

We charge R1450 per adult per night and R600 per child per night (0 -16 years old).

The rate at Pink Hill Karoo is capped at R5500 per night, so you'll never pay more than that.

From 1 December until 12 January this rate INCLUDES breakfast ONLY if you're staying at THE FARMHOUSE.

From 1 December until 12 January DINNER & BREAKFAST is offered at our restaurant on the farm, The Long Kitchen (please book in advance).

PLEASE personally arranged with the owner in advance if you'd like to bring dogs.

Our Merino sheep often graze around the house and their welfare is our priority. ​

Please enquire for SPECIALS when staying more than 3 nights OUT OF SEASON.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.

2. Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival and NO SHOWS - no refund
